I have owned a pair of latex pillows for the last 15 years and they have never lost their shape. I decided to buy this pair to use with my current pillows to stack together to prop me up a little more due to breathing issues. These pillows are just the right amount of softness and most importantly just the right amount of firmness. Your head doesn't sink into the pillow but you feel as if you are laying on a cloud with your head having just the right amount of support. I really like that they come with a removable, zippered cover that I can wash. I highly recommend these pillows!!

At last, a pillow that's not too hard and not too soft. The key is latex, which has a much nicer feel (to me) than memory foam. Very springy and cushy with enough support to keep you comfortable on your back or on your side. Latex is great at not retaining odor either, and this is perforated so it stays cool while you sleep. This is listed as medium in firmness and I'd say that's accurate - I'd put it at a 5 or 6 out of 10. Comes in a nice quilted cover that you can remove to wash. All in all, a really nice, comfortable pillow for most people.

I had a latex pillow for 20 years and finally had to replace it due to it starting to flake apart. Got one at BB&B that was great and OF COURSE like clockwork they discontinued it. While trying to stop fighting my boyfriend nightly for the "good pillow" the great search began again. I stumbled upon this one maybe a year or two ago online while doing a top 10 latex pillow search. I didn't purchase until recently. I got the extra soft because I need to sleep very horizontal. It was too soft for me. Instead of doing a return through Amazon I decided to contact them directly because reviews stated they were great about handling their own issues. They sure we're. They sent me a return label and the next firmness up (soft) as soon as they got it. No extra fees. I did not require any breaking in time for this pillow. Which is unheard of. In fact, I kept waking up the first night feeling thrown off about how comfortable I was. So for those of you looking for the illusive BB&B pillow, this is it, and they probably have a density for everyone. I would guess a medium would be closest to that one. No more fights over the good pillow!

First-there is way too much packaging involved.
Second-the pillows are supposed to be for side sleepers but they are about 2/3 of the thickness I expected.
They are not nearly as good as the latex foam pillows JCP used to sell.
Overall, I am regretting the purchase.

It's definitely Tallalay Latex, with a comfy cotton knit cover, but I wouldn't consider it "soft" (more "medium" density). I would also prefer it a little thinner, but both of those points are strictly personal preference. I can recommend it. It is perfect for a side-sleeper. -- Just remember: a latex pillow feels and supports entirely different than a down or poly-fill pillow. If you have never used one, it'll take a while to get used to it.

I am super picky when it comes to pillows. I have a bunch that I purchased and just hate. Not this one! This pillow has great support yet it is still very soft and comfy! It bounces right back after you get up and you can sometime hear a little whistle when it does. I really do love this one and HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!

This pillow is my second one. I left my first one in the hotel. I travel with my pillow. This is a solid piece of latex. Any other pillow my head sinks down and covers my nose. it supports my head well, therefore I sleep well.
