This is a truly good company and great products. I was hoping this standard size pillow would be like the previous one I bought but the one I already own is really soft and yet supportive. This one is luxury firm.I got it any way because of some reviews led me to believe it might work. Too firm for me. I wish they would offer the original standard soft.

I'm giving these pillows an overall score of 5 stars, because they are exactly what they're supposed to be. But they're too thin for our needs. That's on us, not the pillow, though. We need something about 1 and a half to 2 times thicker for more support.
For someone that likes a thinner pillow, this would likely be perfect.

Getting a good pillow that supports your neck and fills an entire half of a king size bed is very hard. Most memory foam contour and cervical pillows are standard size and/or oddly shaped. They also tend to keep your head locked in one position on the pillow, making it difficult to roll towards your partner. This one solves all those problems, the softer center lets your head sink in while the firmer edges support your neck. Plus there is still plenty of freedom to roll over left and right. The latex is very squishy and springy without any clumping or crunching. Overall it's been giving me great night sleeps with enough support that my neck doesn't get kinked out of position. I would say it does feel like my head is still propped up a little more than ideal, and an option for a slightly lower center would be perfect, but it's comfortable enough. The freedom and traditional looks, while still providing enough neck support make it highly recommended in my book.

This is a very nice pillow...the quality is quite good. It's VERY soft...my head sunk into it to where it was only about an inch above the level of the mattress. If you like a very very thin pillow, it might work for you. But it's not ideal for side sleepes

Everything about this purchase was wonderful! The packaging was very nice. The quality of the pillow was outstanding. Lastly the customer service was too notch. Minor issue with one pillow and customer support quickly responded and addressed item. Highly recommend this product and seller!!!!!!!

I dont like firm pillows in general because your head gets raised to high leading to neck pain. The appeal of this pillow was the holes in the foam and the difference in firmness from the center to the edges was supposed to reduce that, and it does (a bit), but it is still too firm for me and the difference from the center to the edges is not as much as I expected.
- sleeping on my back, my head was raised too high. It was a bit better on the side but still not entirely comfortable.
- the temperature control was excellent and it was nice and cool.
- Overall, it was more comfortable than a regular solid foam pillow, but not as comfortable as a good shredded fill pillow (at least for me).
