Wow! I love this pillow it is so comfortable. Talalay latex is the best product for sleeping on . I wish i had a whole mattress of it. I am a stomach and back sleeper and it works perfectly for me. Will probably have to get another so my partner stops stealing it.

It is weighty and decently dense as compared to memory foam. You won't sink deeply into it like very soft pillows. It has enough give to where the weight of your head will sink enough while allowing your neck to have support.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Not too firm like memory foam and not to flat like regular pillows. This is more springy and keeps shape. Would have given 5 stars if it was slightly more firm, but overall it is a great pillow.

EDIT... I liked this pillow so much that my husband wanted 1 also. He is a back sleeper and found this pillow very comfortable. He is a big guy and appreciated that it does not flatten.
I am a side sleeper and this pillow is great for me. I have been sleeping on it for about 2 weeks now and I am sleeping great. Normally I toss and turn alot in the night. I have had no neck pain when waking up now. It is soft and lightweight. It is a great size. It comes in a zippered removable case.
