It's a great quality pillow, but it is a bit too flat even for a petite person. If you sleep on your back, this may work for you. Even then, however, I find it not providing enough support for me. And it is not ideal for side sleepers. This brand has a pillow with a larger curvature, and even though I haven't tried it, I think it would be better for most.

I bought the pillow as a side sleeper that was concerned about off gasses of other foam pillows. When it arrived, it seemed to be not dense enough or maybe not high enough on the high side. I didn't return it as I was planning and instead encased it in a barrier pillowcase since the pillow is not washable as I understand it. Then a thick quilted pillow case that fit snuggly went on top of that and I'm sleeping with less tossing and turning. It could be a little more supportive but it is better than any other non foam pillow that I have ever had. I do not have to adjust my pillow all night and it does give support. I even like it when I am sleeping on my back.

I am freaking obsessed with this pillow!!! It's the best pillow I've ever had!
I purchased a similar design at Sleep Number, which I returned due to being surprisingly uncomfortable, and horrendous off-gassing that was making my throat and eyes burn. Taking a leap of faith, I ordered this pillow - in large part because the prospect of having no nasty VOCs. I figure that if I'm breathing something in for 8+ hours a day, it best be non toxic!
This pillow is like a dream. It is so unbelievably comfortable. It's been so good for my posture that I almost feel like I had a mattress upgrade. I broken my neck a few years ago, so I'm a very tough customer when it comes to pillows. I was willing to spend top dollar at Sleep Number, and was amazed to discover that this pillow, which is half the cost, was exponentially more comfortable.
I am very petite, and I purchased the lowest profile version. I was concerned that it was going to be too high, but because of the highly malleable nature of the material, it's actually been ideal.
There is certainly a specific scent that comes from the latex. But personally, I don't mind it. I don't find it to be a bad smell, and it's not like memory foam off-gassing, which can cause a physical reaction. This is just a mild rubbery scent.
This is my forever pillow.

I gave it 5 stars for being Organic Latex! The jury is out on whether I will enjoy it long term and whether it provides enough support. Until they it IS comfy!

I like this because it is not memory foam which gives off gasses. This pillow has two sides, right now I use the lower one to support my terrible neck. It is comfortable on back or on side when you sleep.

I didn't find anything wrong with this pillow, it just didn't work for me and I returned it.
I had good customer service on this product, and as others have said, there wasn't a strong odor. (I had gotten some from a big box store to use as cushions, and they took WEEKS to off-gas (uncovered, by a window, even spending some time outside).
Latex pillows pare well w/ latex mattresses. I've had latex contours in the past, as well as the Oxygen Pillow, Both of which helped me through painful neck issues.
From consulting at a mattress store where I was able to try different pillows, the manager (who knows her stuff (like the old days)), explained its the higher end on the contours that's designed to support the neck; the low end (behind the dip) is for cradling the back of the head. Optimal positioning (for good sleep) makes a huge difference in whether all the muscles feel supported enough to relax. (Having our heads pushed upward is not conducive to that.)
