I wanted the firm king size pillow. The one that came was extra soft, so I had to return it. If there was a button for exchange, I would gladly change it for a firm, because the product arrived fast and in good condition. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the right firmness for me.
I should advice that description of the product should be bold or highlighted to avoid mistakes.

I have been searching and buying hundreds of dollars worth of pillows, trying to find the one I had growing up! I've finally found it! I bought the firm, after reading the reviews and I'm ecstatic - it's perfect! My mother would always buy our pillows from Dillards and now all I find is memory foam pillows. So happy with my purchase and worth every single penny!!

I have not been able to find a decent pillow to save my life. They all end up either too firm or flat as pancakes. And I have been trying ever since I started suffering with neck and shoulder pain for the last few years. This pillow really impressed me. I’ve used it for a couple weeks now and it holds shape really well. It bounces right back and gives plenty of support. I think I might have finally found the one. I hope it lasts!

This is a very soft pillow as you sink right in. However, as I tend to fold mine this worked just the way I had hoped. Does have a bit of a smell but hoping it will diminish in time. Would purchase this again.

This high profile pillow might be great for a smaller person. I'm a male 5ft 10in about 220 and the pillow is not adequately big enough for me to comfortably sleep on my side and get proper head support.

I have used latex pillows most of my life and don't sleep well if I have an uncomfortable pillow. I did purchase a Latex pillow a few weeks back but is was way to firm. Had to return that pillow. I went back to the same company and read the reviews closer and dug into the descriptions a little deeper and found this pillow that stated " very soft". This is exactly what I was looking for. Happy camper, this pillow should last 5 years or so.
